Is this like a leave-in condition??

No. It’s a mask. You have to wash your hair.

Is this product supposed to be sealed and /or in a box? mine arrived with a dirty lid and there was no seal inside or outside the jar.

Previous purchases of this product always had an inner seal. The last one that I purchased did not have the inner seal and I was curious as to why. I will probably go to a brick and mortar store to purchase my next one and not do it online.

How do we know this is truly keune? my hair dresser said that true valid keune product could only be sold to salons? thank you.

The mfg may sell as an out sourced seller thru Amazon. So although it’s a reputable product and seller. The seller may not sell exclusively to salons.
