A purchase I made for a lifelong friend who emigrated years ago, but who sadly lost her mother recently. She loved it and will treasure it always, which I gave her the day before she went back home to Australia where she now lives, hoping it gives her a little comfort while dealing with the grief from losing her mother, but also the anxiety and worry she has , having to leave her father who has lost his soulmate and is dealing with serious health issues himself.

Got this for my son starting reception so he had a mummy bear hug in his bag if he felt like he needed me, he loved it however he lost it on his 1st day & every day at school he keeps saying I hope I find it today, it would be nice if it had a hook or ribbon or some way of attaching it to something, I think I will buy another to cheer him up as it was cute.

I bought this to put on my daughter’s bag for when she goes to uni. Whilst it is really pretty I was a little disappointed to find that the bear looks to have been put in the package as an afterthought rather than centrally like it appears on Amazon’s website. It’s only a minor issue but as a gift I would have preferred it to look the same as what I thought I was buying.

Product arrived as described on Amazon. Wooden bear feels sturdy, is attached to a thick bit of card and wrapped in plastic - the quality feels nice. Purchased as a keepsake for a family member going through a tough time. Seems like it will last a long time.
