Under cabinet installation to replace original one
The fixture looks similar to previous light fixture under the cabinet. Only difficult part is to squeeze cover to free up to access to the wiring. Previous light fixture had nuts to release the cover which was easier. Other than minor issue, the fixture worked well.

Works Well
We bought this to replace a similar one that had went out. It had to be wired into the wiring, and it doesn't have a switch to flip on the light itself--which we didn't need. But I can see where that could be a problem if you're expecting it to be a plug in type light. It didn't come with a bulb, but I knew that when I ordered it. It works great so far.

Exact replacement!
Direct replacement for my old one whose ballast died. Cost of ballast was nearly cost of this fixture so I went with the replacement fixture.
