This product does absolutely nothing—zero effect. I have been taking it for more than a month now, and such a waste of money.

En mi experiencia personal no tuve resultados notables, anteriormente ya había consumido melena de leon de otra marca de un mayor costo pero con menor contenido de melena de león (mg) haciendo esta comparativa tuve mejores resultados anteriormente y este producto de acuerdo al contenido prometía más. Creo que al producto lo podría complementar información de como sacarle mayor provecho, creo que eh tenido mejores resultados incluso con creatina al nivel rendimiento fisico y mental, y por un menor costo. Honestamente no volvería a comprar este producto.

I've only been taking Toniiq's Lion's Mane capsules for a few days, and I already am noticing a difference in my mood, focus, and overall health. I have anxiety, depression, and suspected adhd, so this is a big help because actually helps ease my executive dysfunction. I actually took a walk and showered all before breakfast this morning!! I haven't done that since High School! As an added bonus I found out that Lion's Mane helps with stomach ulcers, which I'm suspecting might be the cause of bouts of heartburn I've had lately when I drink coffee. I'm really quite impressed with the potency and quality, as I've tried a couple mushroom supplements in the past that had Lion's Mane in it, that really failed to make much of a difference. These ones however are perfect, there's actually enough fruiting body in the serving to be effective. They're also perfectly sized to be easy enough to swallow one after the other. I usually have trouble taking multiple pills/vitamins at once, but these ones are pretty easy to knock back. If you've ever taken a massive fish oil or anything of the sort, you'll have a pretty easy time. They also don't smell or taste gross like a lot of other supplements do. It's also on the cheaper side regarding mushroom supplements, so I'm quite excited to have seemingly found my holy grail!

For the 6-9 months, I had been taking 8:1 Lion's Mane from Nootropics Depot (ND), so this will be a bit of a comparison. I felt the good mood effects, focus, et cetera from ND, but I wanted to try a different brand for price and composition. I have taken one so far (along with L-theanine, and alpha-GPS/uridine the previous night), and I'm positive I'm going to continue and re-buy. The mood effects were just as palpable as the ND, perhaps a little stronger. I wound up taking a nap, and had a very intense lucid dream, which usually doesn't happen to me. It was quite pleasant. With Lion's Mane extract overall, I am a much more evenly-positive person, and I can focus on tasks for hours without difficulty. It doesn't have the same stimulant effect as caffeine for me, so falling asleep is no trouble - perhaps even easier due to the reduced stress. Check with your doctor blah blah blah, but I strongly recommend this, especially if you deal with focus issues, anxiety, or depression.

Taking this with their Bacopa; will add their Spermidine. Since the first time I have taken them, I felt small increase in alertness. Specifically, my pre-frontal cortex area feels like a rubber band was taken off of it. I process a lot of information for work (10 hrs.) plus study in the afternoon for my Bachelors. I can say this is helping my memory/cognitive function. From how I can focus and hold short term information longer. Like phone numbers, addresses and stuff like that. I've taken a ton of supplements out there, but this combination seems to be working for me. This is also coming from a digital drug addict (don't want to trigger those who have the same issue #NoPMO). I struggled for 12 years, 4 hrs a day of that junk...thought I would never feel alive again after I stayed in the withdrawal flatline for like 3 years. Exercise, breathwork, *nutrition, researching wellness & experimenting with every supplement that I came across. I think I'm finally hitting my stride.
