Hi Samuel, thank you for the question! To clarify, the actual mg amount per serving is 1800 mg, but the extract itself is of a 10:1 concentration ratio. That means in terms of active ingredients, it is the equivalent to 10x that amount in raw organic Lion's mane powder (in other words, our 1800mg servings are the equivalent to taking 18,000mg of raw Lion's mane powder). Compared to raw powder, extracts are a much more effective way to concentrate and make your Lion's mane more bio-available. Extracts allow for a much higher concentration of polysaccharides, a much higher concentration of beta-glucans, and significantly stronger nootropic support. Is this extract from both the fruiting body and mycelium or just the fruiting body?
