A: NO: Kirkland fiber capsules are derived from psyllium. Fibercon is made from calcium polycarbophil.

**Q: Why is shellac an ingredient?**
A: From what I have researched shellac makes fiber easier to swallow and digest.  It also helps to break down the fiber so enhancing ingestion.  I understand its in many fiber supplements.

**Q: How many grams of fiber?  It states 3 grams but when I last received them it was only 2 grams per serving.**
A: Dietary fiber is 3 g, soluble fiber is 2 g

**Q: are theese insoluble fiber supplements?**
A: No, very soluble!
