Worked well and very compact!
Just travel to Europe for 2 weeks. This adapter was great. I really like the simplicity and ease of switching out the different plugs. Charged everything well and did not overheat. Only thing to be aware of is that the two plugs are really close to each other so it's difficult to have two wide chargers plugged in at the same time. But it does also have USB charging integrated.

Simple to use -and works well in multiple countries
Great adapter -worked everywhere. I could even charge up and use my hair dryer. Will definitely be using it on my next trip in September. You can pack only the parts you need based on the courtries you are headed to -so it doesn't take up much room. Worth your consideration if you tavel alot and want to be sure you can charge an iron or a hairdryer which takes a ton more electricity.

Easy and secure electrical converters.
Just used this product while traveling through Southeast Asia. Worked very well in every country. The number of ports and plugs was excellent. Plugs are easily interchangeable and secure with the locking mechanism. Not too bulky when all bagged and lightweight. Priced well.

Worked great on a 3-week trip to Sri Lanka (230V/50Hz) type G->A,B
I used this adapter daily on a (nearly) 3-week trip to Sri Lanka which uses type G outlets and 230V/50Hz AC power. The built-in USB charger was great; we used the USB-C output cable to charge my Google Pixel and one of the USB-A outputs to charge my wife's iPhone. The LED indicators showing the power type (115VAC or 230VAC) were a nice touch that also shows if power is on at the outlet. We were able to use our other devices (laptops, etc.) which have universal AC inputs with the USA type B AC outlets with no problems. The carry bag was a nice touch and fit both this and a couple of extra plug adapters. This is one of the very few such devices with an independent test lab (ETL) compliance certification. I do a lot of electronics design work and I am shocked (ahem) that so many AC-powered devices are lacking testing/certification by an NRTL (should show mark from one of: UL, ETL, TUV, MET, or CSA). The testing/certification adds some cost, but for AC-powered devices, particularly with 230vac, I would not buy something that has not been independently safety tested. Don't be fooled by the myriad other markings on many devices (FCC, CE, etc.); those are not third-party safety testing. Kudos for Ceptics for doing the right thing! NOTE: the AC outlets on this (and most converters of this sort) just adapt the physical form factor of the plugs; they do NOT convert the voltage, so make sure whatever you plug into them is rated for use at the outlet voltage. If you are using it in a country with 230v power, do NOT plug in a device that is not rated for 230vac operation. Many devices are now universal (95-235VAC 50/60 Hz) but not all of them are. Read the acceptable voltage range on your device before plugging it in. If your device is only rated for 115vac, it will likely be destroyed (possibly in a dangerous way) if you plug it in while the main outlet is supplying 230vac. There are converters that will also convert the voltage, but those are significantly larger, heavier, and more expensive...in almost all cases you're better off just traveling with appliances that support universal voltage and a plug adapter like this one.

Great deal and well used. Works great.
As far as the unit itself it's a 5 star. Loved the 2 plugs and the 2 USB ports, very useful. We actually used all 4 at one point and everything still worked just fine. USB ports were slow charging in some areas of the country we were in but I think that was for everyone. Would definitely suggest this for anyone else who travels and needs to plug in multiple items at once, it was extremely convenient. With that said, the reason I gave 4 stars is because of one of the "extras". It not only came with the 4 outlets in the front but also all the world outlets for the back. It was relatively lightweight and lastly, came with a bag for convenience of travel!! However, that "convenient" bag was worthless and why I gave 4 stars. It was way too small to fit the few outlet converters I needed to bring to Europe, let alone all of them. And I had to puzzle them in the tiny bag and stretch it out just to barely fit the unit and 3 backs I needed. If I was travelling the world and needed all of the parts, I probably would have had to put them in a gallon/quart ziplock bag to transport them. It's just disappointing when you have to figure out a different way to carry something, when you think it's already done for you. All in all, as I said unit and parts as a whole are great. I would say buy it but know that you may need to travel with it a different way than with the provide bag.

Phenomenal Adapter
tl;dr If you seek a great travel adapter, look no further. Holy cow, what an awesome adapter! I used this on a two-week trip through Belgium and Ireland, and it was splendid. I highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't explicitly need a voltage converter (and few things do these days). For the price (and the small size/weight!), just get this plus a converter. Some of my favorite features include: - Two USB ports and outlets - perfect if you're traveling with someone and/or happen to have a lot of electronics - A micro-USB charger on a cable for that extra electronic device that didn't bring its charger along... - Two lights showing what voltage is present at the plug-in outlets that you can check before you toast whatever thing you're plugging in - Super solid and simple construction. Changing the plug was a five-second process, and everything was made out of solid plastic with good electrical contacts. Safe, foolproof, and sturdy. - A bag to carry everything: amazingly useful for keeping all the parts from scattering around a backpack. - The plugs are configured so that the adapter is vertical with the standard configuration, and also includes two US adapters so you don't hog all the airport jacks. The only minor complaint is also kind of a good thing: the first couple days I slid the Belgium plug in and out of the adapter, it was pretty stiff forcing it onto the electrical contacts at the bottom. However, in time, these loosened enough that I could insert it with little effort. All of the other plugs fit just fine. No worries about bad electrical contact!

Excellent Travel Companion
Used it throughout Southeast Asia and it worked great. Never worried what country I was in. The only thing is it is a little large in size with the large cord and different plug in attachments

Excellent cord length, great amount of outlets. Used in Africa for 1 month, no issues.

Does not support hair straightener like advertised.
This is great for charging cell phones and iPads, however I was disappointed that it was not strong enough to support a hair straightener, despite it being in the description and a picture on the device itself. The straighter would make a humming noise and the screen would not light up properly.

Really nice with lots of options to charge multiple devices at the same time. Had it in Thailand and it charged all 3 of my devices at the same time
