Can i replace teh chemical injector on the model 95002 If so what is the part number?

Can the water tank be used for batch mixing or is it strictly a buffer tank?

It's your tank. Do with it as you wish, but I would not recommend it as you will eventually be running SH and soap through your pressure washer pump and it kill it.
