First off, I RARELY write reviews for anything, even if I really like it but here goes. Not doing this for the free bottle, or getting paid, but I LOVE this stuff. I had never heard of Ashwaganda, then I read something online about and decided to try it. I am 72 years old, and was tired all the time, could barely walk a long hallway without stopping to rest ! It was really bad. I started taking this formula because I am into natural products, and was familiar with the other ingredients and their benefits. Didn't notice a change right awsy, at least I didn't think do. Took about a week, then missed a couple of days, boy could I tell the difference !! I was so tired and draggy, and drained. At first I didn't make the connection, then I realized what it was. I have not missed a pill since. I am also on blood pressure and diabetes meds. I told my doctor I was taking this and he was good with it, said it was a great product. I am so ooo glad I found this energy kicker ! I have even started going to the gym in our building to walk on the treadmill ! I have also noticed the calming effect as I have been very stressed lately.

Let me tell you, I bought these capsules hoping for a little less stress and a little more “namaste” and what I got was a full on superhero squad for my nervous system. If my stress had a lair, these capsules would storm it with capes on. First Dose: I took my first capsule and waited. About an hour later, my email inbox hit me with a “URGENT!!!” and instead of my usual panic, I just sipped my coffee and thought, “Not today, stress. Not today.” I even smiled at my neighbor’s yappy dog. Who am I? Energy & Sleep: By day, I’m calmly conquering spreadsheets. By night, I’m sleeping like a log, no tossing, no turning, just me and my dreams (last night I was riding a giant ginger root into battle; thanks, subconscious). I woke up with energy, which I thought was a myth invented by morning people. Taste & Ease: Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I didn’t have to wrestle with the bottle. My only complaint: now my other vitamins are jealous and have started rolling away in protest. Unexpected Perks: My partner says I’m “noticeably less dramatic.” (Rude, but true.) My cat has stopped judging me for talking to my plants. I haven’t yelled at my printer in weeks. I’m so pissed. I was taking this along with maca and they both completely ruined my life. This is after about a month and a half of healing and I’ve never in my life of almost 30 years had acne. I didn’t want to go outside because my face was bleeding and scabby. I didn’t even pick at it either as I have a really nice skin regimen and really take care of my skin. I think the maca did worse for my gi but I had to do an elimination process because I started them at the same time and every time my face cleared a little bit both supplements caused a huge break out. It was so severe I looked scary. It was completely cystic too I thought I had staph but I went to the doctor and they asked if I was taking anything that could throw off my hormones — both maca and ash do this especially if it’s not a good brand. I should have read the bad reviews because I only read the good ones. I’ve tried everything to get my skin to calm — but mostly leaving it alone. I’m incredibly mad because I will have these scars for so long. I read a review about hair thinning as well and it’s totally possible the same thing happened to me. I have really thick hair so thank god it isn’t noticeable but a lot of it has been falling out. Lastly it elevated my mood I guess but it also gave me repetitive panic attacks for a month after the stop of use. I have panic disorder but I haven’t had a panic attack in about a year or so and this one was so bad I didn’t and couldn’t be alone. Wish I could get a refund.
