Excellent source of vitamin c
Good quality vitamin c. Made from whole foods, not ascorbic acid crap. Taken daily and I feel it's why we haven't gotten sick while being around others who have been.

Bioavailable formula
Less than 600mg vitamin C per 3 capsule serving. However, being a whole food supplement, it is usually more bioavailable or more easily used by the body. I have difficulty with the smell. It is kind of grassy smelling.
