Excellent product

The product is absolutely fine overall, with good build quality and appearance. However, one burner has a minor issue—the flame works normally on medium/high settings but gets extinguished when reduced to the simmer/low setting. The other burners are working perfectly. I am currently trying to raise a complaint with Elica regarding this issue and will update this review once it is resolved. Overall, satisfied with the product apart from this issue.

Very good glass top stove. Neatly packed and carefully delivered with no damages. Only observation is on installation cost of 230 that was never mentioned in the instructions. We booked an installation call which was easy via Elica cust service. The service was prompt though exec said morning and came by evening (its still the same day, hence maintained prompt) but it was done very professionally checking for any leaks etc. Good that we did not try connecting the cylinder on our own. I strongly recommend professional installation to prospective buyers through Elica only as safety comes first. Keep in mind the 230 charges if LPG and 400 plus for piped gas. No complaints post installation. Working as expected. Overall a very good product by Elica and equally good Amazon delivery experience with no damages.

The company took initiative to assign a person to install the stove as well, which was promptly done. Great product and service

We bought this Elica 3-burner gas stove in May last year, and it comes with a 2-year warranty. While cooking, the top glass suddenly burst and shattered. This is a very serious safety concern. Glass pieces fell all around and my wife even suffered a cut on her foot. I immediately raised a complaint with Elica. Their customer service informed me that a technician would visit. The next day the technician called me and asked me to send photos and all the details. After I sent everything he stopped answering my calls. I waited for 1 week but nobody visited. When I contacted Elica customer service again, I was shocked to hear that the technician had closed the complaint saying the issue had been fixed, even though he had never visited our home and nothing had been repaired. What kind of technician and customer service is this? A gas stove's glass top bursting while cooking is not a small issue it is a serious safety risk. If the product quality is good, why should the glass burst during normal cooking, especially when the product is still under warranty? The product failure itself is worrying, but Elica's handling of the complaint has made the experience even worse. Please be very careful before buying this product. I also hope Amazon seriously reviews the quality and safety of products and brands before continuing to list them, especially when there are issues that could potentially cause injury.
