Okay, so here's the irony story here - I fell short of making my 20 years to retirement in the U.S. Army because of high blood pressure I could not pass my 2 mile run time. I STILL feel this product is well worth it but if you can't afford it, do know that you can buy something a tad bit more cheaper and still get the same effects. All in all, though, I feel this product is superior by leaps and bounds, so if you can buy it, then by all means, do so if you feel you need such a thing.

These chews are easy to chew the taste is fine no need to even use water personal preference

The obvious thing is these beet chews are REALLY chewy. In fact, they are so chewy I thought I was going to choke on one. Ease of swallowing is not so good point. I suggest being very careful when chewing them up. They are small but I nibble on one taking 3 or 4 mini bites to consume. Don’t let it choke you !
