Product description PANCAKE RECIPE 1 Cup Lunds Swedish Pancake Mix 1.5 cups water (or milk if desired) 1 egg Mix ingredients until smooth. Batter should be very thing. Pre-heat griddle to 400 degrees. Grease lightly and pour 1 tablespoon of batter from the tip of spoon for each pancake. Brown lightly on both sides and serve on warm plate. WAFFLE RECIPE 1 Cup Lunds Swedish pancake mix 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon melted butter Mix ingredients until smooth. Heat waffle maker to 400 degrees or more and brush off waffle iron lightly with butter between each baking process. Due to its fine texture, batter will be thinner than regular waffle batter. Result with be tender, rich tasting waffles. CREPES SUZETTE SAUCE RECIPE Melt 1/3 to 1/2 cube of butter in a sauce pan. While butter is still on low heat, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 lemon juice and 1 ounce Cognac or Brandy. This stuff makes the best pancakes, and even better waffles!!! I HIGHLY recommend you try this mix! You will not regret it!!! It has the best flavor. Pro tip: I always add a teaspoon of vanilla to the pancake and waffle recipe. It makes a huge difference.

The best pancake mix! I always keep this product stocked. Add lemon, blueberries, walnuts, rosemary - so many ways to use this! It is the right balance - could easily be used for savory crepe-types pairings also. Highly recommend!

Love my Swedish pancakes!
I grew up with this product so have been using for over 60 years. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find this in the grocery store for year’s.
