This was the first time I changed my laptop battery and this works well. However, I must mention that the packaging wasn’t in sealed condition so I was worried if it had been used. So I ran a battery health check and all indicators came good. I’m giving only 4 stars because of the packaging issue, otherwise the battery is good.

My mom bought me this battery last week and got it to Lebanon, I unboxed it and placed it in my battery. When I plugged in the charger, the charger light started blinking orange and white and not turning on.Other than that the battery was not fitting well and I had to press it very hard for it to lock in.I have a Dell Inspiron 5559 and I don't know how to get a refund or replacement.
