Why does my ink come off like a dry erase board even if I let it dry over night ?

IMPORTANT UPDATE: We received a lot of after-sales feedback and comments about "Ink is easy to smear", but found that it is that is due to not using "BEST print mode + PHOTO PAPER print". We have now found more details: customers need to find the "photo" option and the "best" option according to the brand and model of their printer. There will be a little difference in the settings of each brand, so we can only describe the printing type should be "photo paper".
For example, in the print settings of the HP brand, there is an option of "Photo Printing-Borderless" under "Print Shortcuts", and also select "Paper Type" with "HP Photo Paper"/"Photo Inkjet Paper"/"Matte Inkjet Photo Paper"/"Glossy Inkjet Photo Paper", ect.
In addition, Samsung printers can refer to this path to set: "Graphics>Document Type>Photo". Please look carefully for the settings of other brand printers. In addition, the setting of "Print Quality" may have the following similar descriptions as "BEST", "High Quality", "High Definition", etc.

1, Please check your printing settings. If print as a document the ink smudged, but when you print as a photo the ink will not.
2, Please make sure you printed the correct side--the printable side, and please wait at least 5-10 minutes to dry.
