Excellent alarm and app
Yiseele YX-700 I used the alarm in a garden office which had a pre-existing WiFi system present. You have to download the Tuya Smart app from the App Store in order to set up the alarm but it is pretty straightforward to do. The installation of the detectors is made a lot simpler if you initially remove all of the existing listed accessories by swiping left. Then press the + icon to add each of the detectors sequentially. Turn on the detector using the switch on the motherboard then press the button on the front of the detector. The blue light comes on and the main unit recognises the detector. You can then edit the name of the detector so that they are easy to identify – ‘Main Door’, Rear Window’ ‘Side Window’ etc. You can then do the same with the two remote controls (there is no need to activate on the remote’s motherboard). The adhesive pads for the detectors are very good – they do not need to be attached with screws to be secure. The remotes work close to the main alarm unit but the app allows you to turn the alarm on and off and alter the entry and exit delay and the level of the alarm (High, Low, Mute) – all via WiFi. This is a simple but highly effective alarm that can be extended as needed and is very good value.

Brilliant, reliable and affordable
After moving house, me and my partner wanted a security system that would let us know if an intruder had entered the property. We also has a small budget as we were students and moved to a non furnished property. The majority of systems we saw that did what we wanted were at least £300 and even they did not have great reviews. I saw the Yiseele system had great reviews and was such a low price, I thought that there was no way that this could do everything we needed but I took a chance and I am so impressed. Having the system in place for a few weeks now, the installation was so easy, I just applied the sensors which were already linked with the system, the app was very intuitive and the remote sensors work flawlessly. Not only that but you can activate and deactivate with your phone app from anywhere. This worked well when I had my landlord need to enter the property unexpectedly, it also alerts you when the system has been armed, disarmed or if the alarm is activated. I would highly recommend this product whether you are on a budget or not.

Effective and Versatile Home Security System with Modern Features
I recently installed the YISEELE Alarm System, a 16-piece WiFi wireless house alarm system, and it has proven to be a robust solution for enhancing home security. Here’s a detailed review based on my experience: Pros: Comprehensive Kit: The 16-piece kit provides a thorough security setup with various components, including the alarm hub, sensors, and keypads. This comprehensive package ensures that multiple entry points and areas can be covered effectively. WiFi Connectivity: The system connects via WiFi, allowing for remote access and control through the accompanying app. This feature is particularly convenient for monitoring and managing your security system from anywhere using your smartphone. APP Alerts and Calling Alarms: The app alerts you in real-time if any security breaches are detected. Additionally, the system can make phone calls to alert you or designated contacts, providing an extra layer of notification in case of emergencies. Wireless Installation: The wireless design simplifies installation and setup, eliminating the need for extensive wiring. This makes the system easy to install and relocate, offering flexibility in your home security arrangement. Customizable: The system is customizable to suit your specific security needs. You can adjust settings, add or remove sensors, and tailor the alarm responses to match your preferences. User-Friendly Interface: The app and control panel are designed to be user-friendly, allowing for straightforward operation and management. This ease of use is beneficial for users of all technical skill levels. Cons: Initial Setup Complexity: While the system is wireless, the initial setup might require some time and effort to configure all components and connect them to the app. It may be necessary to follow the instructions carefully or seek assistance if needed. Dependence on WiFi: Since the system relies on WiFi for connectivity, it’s essential to have a stable internet connection for optimal performance. In cases of internet outages or connectivity issues, the system’s functionality might be affected. Battery Life of Sensors: The sensors in the system run on batteries, which will need periodic replacement. Keeping track of battery levels and ensuring timely replacements is necessary to maintain the system’s effectiveness. Limited Integration: The system might have limited integration with other smart home devices or platforms. If you use a range of smart home technologies, compatibility could be a consideration. Cost: The initial cost of the 16-piece kit might be higher compared to basic alarm systems. However, the advanced features and comprehensive coverage justify the investment for many users. Conclusion: The YISEELE Alarm System offers a robust and modern solution for home security with its WiFi connectivity, comprehensive 16-piece kit, and real-time alerts through the app and phone calls. The wireless installation and customizable features enhance its appeal, providing flexibility and ease of use. While there are minor considerations such as initial setup complexity and reliance on WiFi, the overall performance and advanced capabilities make this system a strong choice for those looking to upgrade their home security. If you seek a reliable and versatile alarm system with modern features, the YISEELE system is definitely worth considering.

YISEELE 16 piece alarm kit with extra siren
This review is for the enhanced kit with the extra siren. I have been using this alarm for about a month now to protect a workshop. It works well and was easy to install; connecting to wi-fi without issue. I recommend the extra siren which adds some needed volume to the siren in the hub. The app works well with plenty of customisable features including a schedule to turn the alarm on & off automatically. The app sounds an alarm if the system is triggered which worked reliably in testing. The manual is a bit light on information but clear and easy to understand. The seller responded quickly to a question. Unlike some systems there are a good number of door & window contacts. One motion detector included but I have not tested that. I have not had any false alarms from the door contacts. Overall, I would buy this product again.

A great functional alarm system
This is the 3rd wireless alarm system that I have purchased and installed over the last 10 years. The Yiseele alarm costs about a third in price of the previous two, which relied on expensive lead-acid batteries for backup. The Yiseele alarm system relies on the tuya smart app, which is available to download for free from the usual app stores. I have found the tuya app to be easy to use and configure, just be sure to create a strong password and keep a record of it. You can create sub accounts through the app, which can then be used by others to arm or disarm the system. Unlike my previous alarm systems, there is no physical control or keypad on the alarm itself, so you need to use the app or the supplied keyfobs for arming/disarming the system. The system comes very well packaged, and includes everything you need to get started. In my experience, all the door/window/pir sensors were configured to the actual alarm and all I had to do was identify which physical sensor matched the device id (you can do this by simply setting off each sensor and noting which device was triggered in the app (then mark the id on the back of the sensor). You can rename each device in the app (Front Door etc) for easier identification. If you purchase further add on sensors they can be added via the app. Before starting to install the system, its worth looking at the video on YouTube which guides you through the process. A booklet in English is provided in the box if you don't want to bother with the video. The alarm that I purchased came with 10 door/window sensors, a pet friendly pir sensor and an internal siren which connects to the alarm. The alarm itself has its own siren, but the separate one is much louder. All the sensors come with batteries installed and with good quality double sided stickers for attaching to the various doors and windows. You need to drill a couple of holes for the alarm, siren and the pir, but the screws and wall plugs are included. A nice touch is that the door/window sensors can also be setup through the app as a door bell. I tested this and it works very well. The alarm has a built in clock and night light, but I have them turned off via the app as they are not required. The alarm has several lights on the front indicating the alarm and power status. The sensors and alarms have anti-tamper built in as well. The power is provided by a usb charger, which also comes in the box (I swopped this out for a slimline one due to the location of my alarm). If you get a power fail the tuya app will trigger an alarm. If you want the alarm to warn the neighbours of an activation, you will need to purchase the external solar siren. Things like this depend on your reason for fitting the alarm in the first place, but for me, I'm happy with the internal siren and app notifications when out and about. I have been using the system for a few weeks now, and have not had any false alarms or problems. The pir sensor has worked well and the cat has not set it off as yet! My advice is to take a little time to read the information, and to have a good look at the tuya app before starting the installation. Price and performance wise, this system is a real bargain and I do not hesitate to give it a 5 ***** review. I will be using this alarm system as my go to setup when replacing systems in the future for family and friends.

Okay but not overly secure
This kit works okay, the remote control disarm is a helpful feature and the door/window sensors are accurate every time. What lets this down is the app and the volume of the siren

Value for money
I bought this in Sept 2024. The set up was quite easy. Download the App and make sure the system recognises all the accessories before you position them around the house. I bought an extra motion sensor when I bought the Alarm system. If you go around your house and note the vulnerable areas, you will know what is needed. I put one motion detector in the hallway and another in the conservatory. There are options for setting the accessories eg Home, Away, 24hr and SOS. The battery life with excessive use is about 3 months because my door sensor is now failing and I hope it’s the battery. My front door is opened appropriately 18 times a day. Even when the alarm is disabled, the sensors are active but do not sound the alarm . The Motion detection sensors have an on/off external switch and take 2 x AA batteries. The door/window sensors do not have a switch to turn them off and take 1 x CR2032 battery. As you install each sensor, it would be convenient to use the App to rename each one because you will get a notification of which sensor was breached. You can set the alarm to have more than one user. I have set mine on two mobile phones. Also, set activate and disarm timers 24/7 on the App. So far after 4 months, it still works. I have ordered new batteries and will update my review once I have changed the front door battery. Update. I changed the battery in the front door sensor but the alarm did not deactivate on the timer plan. I have now set 2 deactivation times just in case one fails. We will see…

Great smart alarm at a great price!
I bought this item recently having seen the other variant in action and am blown away by it's features! It has absolutely everything you'd want in an alarm, with tonnes of door sensors and the motion sensor, as well as remotes with a panic button. The alarm is easy to set up, works extremely effectively and is very loud, while offering really so much flexibility through the smart app. Cannot recommend this enough!
