Easy Operation
I have a handicap condition, I bought (2) of theses to assist in turning the truck and jeep around town, I use the other hand for gas and brake operations using the "Quick Sticks"

Spinning steering wheel knob
I purchased this to put on the riding lawnmower. Have a bad shoulder and this prevents me from using my bad shoulder to make turns. I think it’s absolutely great.

Great but big
THis is amazing if you like to 'hold' onto the knob as you drive. It sticks out a good 2.5", so you should know how to use it or this will really get in the way and could be dangerous when you are turning. There are flatter styles for this knob but it depends on how you like to hold the wheel.
