TEEHO TE001 Keyless Entry Door Lock with Keypad - Smart Deadbolt Lock for Front Door with 2 Keys - Auto Lock - Easy Installation - Oil-Rubbed Bronze

I purchased this to replace the only number pad deadbolt that I had on the back door of my house recently and I am really pleased with it. The installation was very straightforward and easy to follow. The only note I would add is when you get to the step where you screw the battery compartment to the mounting plate make sure to apply extra pressure otherwise the pre-installed screws won't grab hold of the mounting plate behind it. Once they do grab hold though it pulls in close very securely. The hardest part of the install was removing the old deadbolt assembly that was jammed in the door. The overall look of the lock is very high class but without the high class price tag. The motorized lock mechanism moves smoothly. During the initial set up the lock will run a test and detect which direction move the lock (can be used on either side of the door frame) It will be interesting to see how it holds up next winter when it is below zero temps outside but so far I haven't had any issues. The included keys are a nice backup for winter or if the batteries die while you are out. It is also nice being able to go up to 8 digits on the access code instead of the standard 4. This lock is an offline model so there is no connectivity to it through Alexa/Google/Apple. Note: you will need 4x AA batteries as there aren't any included with the lock set.

GREAT keyless entry lock! Super easy to replace existing deadbolt. Programming also very easy - once I memorized my master code. Only in use for a week so far, but working flawlessly. It would be nice if I could access the activity (who entered their PIN and when, etc.) - but that's likely why the price point is so attractive. I'd rather not have that information than pay the extra $100 or more for the box store options (and I'm not even sure they offer the tracking). I love the security of the key option, and it looks great on my door, too. Already recommended to friends! I'll update if anything changes, but loving it for now!

I will update my review after a few months of using these. I bought 11 brand new kwikset Powerbolt 250s. After installing all of them, they kept failing. I called kwikset and they blamed it on my door installation. So I went out and got all these TEEHO electronic locks. I replaced every kwikset lock (two houses) with these. Every one of them works flawlessly. Absolutely no issues. It’s the exact same installation. Everything about it is the same. I just stuck these new electronic locks in where the kwikset locks were. These are a great value. The only problem is I couldn’t key them alike to the knobs. But it doesn’t matter, because they’re electronic and I don’t need a key for them. If you’re considering a kwikset, please reconsider and try these TEEHO locks. The slide like buttah, easy install, easy programming.

I'll give it a 4 out of 5 review. Installation was very simple as I was replacing a 20 year old mechanical deadbolt. The only issue is it cycles two or three times to finally lock. That issue was not mentioned in troubleshooting. Yet it works and maybe I'll make a follow up six month later for reliability.

Love my new door lock. It looks beautiful and so easy to install. It also works well and easy to program a new door code.

I was skeptical going in at this price point, but this lock won me over. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and installation took all of 10 minutes. no fuss, no guesswork. The auto lock feature works exactly as advertised, and having two backup keys is nice.

This is perfect for a keyless door Lock. It lights up. Installation and programming is extremely easy. You can disable or enable the sound easily. You can program multiple codes and you don't even have to use s companion app to set it up. It runs on 4 double a batteries and you can set it to auto lock itself after however long you want. Plus it has things like single use passwords if you want. It doesn't do fingerprinting on this model. Didn't want it to. It's plenty durable and really it's got no downside.

Steer clear

This dead bolt lock is super easy to install and program. It fits nicely into the existing hole on my main door and I am very happy with this new door lock. BTW, I installed it in Singapore.

This keyless lock is absolutely beautiful and high quality. It fit our modern door nicely. It took some effort to turn the bolt in the inside hole to fit in the center but once done, the installation went smoothly. The instructions are clear and the lock works like a charm. It certainly has improved the quality and security of our home at a very reasonable price. Thank you for this wonderful product!

Reemplazamos por uno de Amazon basics que fallo por completo despues de menos de dos años. Este esta hasta mejor que este, ojala que dura mucho tiempo. La opcion de auto-cierre es muy confiable, instalacion sencillo y hasta ahora la programación fue muy fácil. 100% recomendable para cerradura sencilla donde ya no tienes que usar llave pero no quieres conectar via wifi.
