The zipper is broken, the seam came undone at the top of the backpack, and one of the straps fell apart and is hanging by a thread. Bought this for my kid at the start of the school year, it's xmas break now and the bag is holding up good. Doesn't really show dirt. Lots of pockets for my kids stuff. One downside: The straps want to slip out of the buckles in their original position. The factory puts them in kinda backwards, so they need to be threaded through the buckles the right way to not slip... putting a safety pin through it helped too. The straps are also a cotton-like material, not nylon. So the cut edge is not melted and can't be melted. This means it unravels. We pressed some glue into the ends of the fibers to fix that.
