can i remove the fabric in order to print/paint on it?

Hello. I don’t think you can remove the fabric, although I’ve never tried. The fabric is attached pretty seamlessly, so I imagine it would be challenging to remove.

How high does handel extend

High enough that whomever holds the umbrella high enough, it can protect 2 people from the rain.

Does this umbrella have a warranty?

Hello - when clicking on the link from Amazon's sales page you will receive this answer - Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website. My experience with past purchases like this has been to contact Amazon customer service "when" a problem happens and they usually do their best to let me know of my options. If you need an absolute written answer - there was no warranty information included with the 2 umbrellas I purchased (I purchased 2 to get a discount). Discount problem - for some reason the discount did not apply during check. Before I finished check out, I contacted Amazon customer service and they issued a credit for a future purchase (which I have since used). Amazon customer service has been very good at taking care of me! Best wishes and we love our umbrellas!
