Great product,our dogs love Purina Busy Bones.
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW: AMAZON WILL NEVER HONOR THE 4 BAGS. I was told it was listed wrong and there is basically nothing you can do about it. Don't bother sending a complaint to the BBB. I did and they send your complaint to Amazon for comment. The Supervisors will treat you like dirt! The product is great. Our dogs love these. Our large dog knows them as her chewies. She is always asking for one. She loves the texture and the smell. They are advertised as 4 packs of 30 in a bag. That's a great deal. I get them with subscribe and save. The first time I ordered them I received 1 bag, went onto Chat and complained. They refunded my purchase, gave a reorder for free. I told them that the reorder was going to be 1 bag. He guaranteed me it would be 4 bags. Well I received the replacement order today. Guess what, it was 1 bag. Immediately got on Chat. They were so apologetic they refunded the purchase and put in another reorder to be delivered today. I told this agent it will be 1 bag, he guaranteed me it would be correct at 4 bags. I told him I'll be back on Chat if it wrong. I'll update my review when I get them. Update: Well the package came. Guess what - 1 package. Went right on Chat. The have escalated this issue to the management team in fulfillment and should be corrected within 7 days. I will update this review after my next subscribe and save order comes. GOOD LUCK. 7/31/26 UPDATE: Well it happened again, received 1 bag. Went back on chat and explained that I'm reporting them to the BBB for false advertising. Everyone who has the same problem report them. Maybe they will finally fix their fulfillment problem. 8/8/26 - They are still having an issue with sending 4 bags. AGAIN ONLY RECEIVED 1 BAG. They gave me a refund and were going to have 3 more bags sent to me. I should have them today, tomorrow at the latest. 8/9/26-Still no replacement. On hold with customer service transferring to another supervisor for the third time. He says I'm reading the add wrong it's 1 bag of 30 not 4. I asked him to look at it he was befuddled and said it's wrong and should be 1 bag. I argued and said it is 4 bags not 1. I asked for his supervisor. I was on that call for 1 hour 35 min and told " you will never get the product owed to you."

Great Value, Dogs Love These
All 3 of my pomeranians are obsessed with these. I say "you want a busy??" and they come running. These are not the healthiest treats, so I do not give daily. But they are great for an extra special treat once and a while. Great value as well.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. The product worked exactly as expected and exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance.
