They're beautiful and well-built. I used one today to clean some debris from the olive oil in my deep fryer. Works great. Great flow through the mesh; I didn't have to stop pouring, I just needed to pour steady and reasonably. The mesh caught everything I could see with the naked eye. I'm very satisfied with these.

Well constructed at a good price!
I need a finer strainer for working with flavored oil and I really didn't expect a whole lot out of these when I ordered them but I've been pleasantly surprised! These are very well made and the mesh is just the right size for getting even the smallest peppercorns and the like out of oil without taking forever for the oil to pass through. Machine washable too!
