Can you use bankline on these needles?

it would depend on the bankline thread size and the size of the needle's eye. i would say that these needles in the picture are basically for needlepoint. maybe the larger ones if they are a size 16 could match the bankline. it would depend on the application you want for the bankline. i would recommend larger needles and with pointed and piercing capabilities for easier penetration.

Can ant of these handle super bulky weight yarn 6?

The two largest ones work fine for Homespun and Boucle styles and I have (with a little bit of fiddling) been able to thread some Starbella (ruffle scarf yarn) which is marked as a 6 super bulky, through one.

which needle is larger the 13 or 16

The 16 is longer, they will not go through standard button holes and the holes won't take anything larger than #4 yarn. Yarn has stretch so it works nicely with these. (Sorry, I put the answers to all 3 questions that I was asked in one answer). I've only used these for knitting and crocheting.
