I love Australia and everything Australian. I would move there in a heartbeat if I could as it's a beautiful country with some of the most awesome people and excellent original television programming. I had wanted to find an Australian flag for my bedroom wall for a while and when I found this was very happy. I read through the reviews and, seeing they were mixed, figured that at such a great price it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I was very surprised at how pleased I was with the flag. The colors are vivid and brilliant and the flag is huge; much larger than I was expecting. Yes, the material it is made from is thin. If you are wanting a flag for your wall, if the wall behind it isn't white, whatever color/design is on the wall will show through any white or read areas on this flag. Unless the color/design is dark, it won't be that noticeable unless you are standing right in front of it. The folds in the material are sharp and will take some time to work themselves out unless you iron the flag in some way (I guess that would be possible if done carefully considering the thinness of the material). My flag was missing one grommet so it could never have been used on a flagpole but that wasn't its purpose to begin with. There is writing on the white strip at the left side of the flag that shows through the material but, again, for my purpose, that doesn't bother me. While I wouldn't recommend this flag if you wanted something to fly outdoors (I just don't think it would be sturdy enough to last for the long haul whipping in the wind), if you want something to use as a decoration or need an Aussie flag for school or work projects, I would say it would fit those bills nicely.

Good size, is durable, color is accurate to why is show, and color does not fade. It does not get damaged easily and is lightweight. Good for indoor usage

my daughter loves this flag. Her dream is to move to Australia when she’s older so she ordered this with her gift card and she put it up in her room. She said it is the perfect fit and she loves it.

Very cute flag. I’m proudly Australian, and this flag represents my country very well! Slight downside is it came very wrinkled. But the colors are perfect. The quality is cheap but what do you expect from a 6$ flag.

I purchased this flag for an American sporting event that featured and Australian athlete. When it was his time to shine a friend and I held up the flag. It was the appropriate size for one person to hold with arms extended. It is bright, durable, and I thought a good bargain. 5 Stars!

Very happy with my flag. For a tenth of the price I paid for my original flag that did not last a year in our windy conditions, I wont mind having to repurchase annually if it means having a great flag to fly in my yard.

It is a good size and good quality flag. We used it for someone returning to Canada that is Australian. Hung it on the garage. A nice welcome back to Canada.
