How is the color shifting?someone help to share it?

Dear, it is easy to get color shifting eyeshadow even without primer, good charming effect for this chameleon eyeshadow.

Any reason why these can't be used on the lips?

Hi there, The liquid eyeshadow can be used for lips but you can not eat it, and at the same time, if you use for lips, please pay attention to it's durability and pigmentation because eyeshadow is different from lipstick.

How do I get intense color payoff without the primer?

Get the primer..it also wears better with primer
