A complete meal in 20 minutes
I love these bags I wasn't sure what size they were going to be since the manufacturer only lists medium and nowhere does it give the bag dimensions, so I will give them, a medium is 14.5x10. These do a great job with all kinds of fish...20 minutes and perfectly cooked moist fish. Some harder veggies you may want to precook like little potatoes because 20 minutes will not make them soft. These are pricey and looking for alternatives but i trust the no bleach safe cooking over other brands like Reynolds.

Keeps your oven clean
I use this for chicken or small turkey. If you want though, you can open the bag and expose chicken or turkey to brown the top in the oven to give make it crispier

Works just like the “old” school brown paper bag without the chemicals of today!
I have been trying to invent the healthy brown bag for roasting. Had my family on the hunt for a healthy option. It’s the only way I make a turkey. I absolutely love the results. With very little effort. I feel like these bags may even work better. I can’t imagine re-using the bag. But for me, the price is right, and is a must, for making a delicious, moist, turkey.

Cooking in the bag
It meets the need to cook meats and it’s tender…would have preferred a more regular size as I have more bag than meat.

Great for steaming fish!
Easiest, tidiest way to steam fish. I justput the pieces skin side down in the bag, seal it, place in a skillet (dry) on low-med heat, put the lid on. 15mins later (depends on thickness), it's done. Add citrus or herbs in the bag.

Not quite as large as I expected. Had to use 2 for a 9 pound spiral ham
