CAGIE Diary with Lock for Women & Girls, Full Wrap-Around Privacy Journal

This journal looks just like the photos and is sleek and smooth. I love the texture. It comes with a pen just like the photo, and it has a pen slot inside the journal. The lock was easy to set, but I recommend not forgetting it, as the instructions to retrieving the password seem impossible. I'm very particular about things, and I absolutely hate the size of this. It's about an inch or two more narrow than the average journal. I didn't have an "average" sized journal to compare it to, so I have it next to a notebook instead. Keep in mind that it's narrower than it looks due to the lock... When it opens, the pages are even narrower. This was the only locked journal I could find anywhere that locks all the way around... With the other ones, if someone REALLY wanted to, they could open it at the edge and read the edges. That would defeat the entire purpose of a lock. The locking mechanism is secure and not loose. I live in daily fear that it'll break, forcing me to destroy it and cut it open, but that hasn't happened yet and it seems surprisingly well made.

I love this journal. It feels very solid and is a good quality. I like the color and the cover is very soft. It is very thick and has a lot of pages. There is a pen holder inside and a page marker. I love the combination lock. It is easy to set and I like that there is no strap that could come off, but that one side folds over and locks firmly into the other side. The only con I would say is that the push part of the lock where you would open it seems a little flimsy although it has worked well for me so far.

It is a great notebook to lock up your important info or thoughts in it. But after 3 to 4 months the lock won't open even for the correct pin and you cannot reset it as well because it is stuck for no reason. The color is nice but quality is not.

It helps a lot with managing my mental health, I love that it’s over 200 pgs. I love how secure the lock is, other diaries just have a strap to lock it, you can still peek or even cut the strap so easily. This diary folds and locks it securely, so no one can peek inside of it, and makes it harder for it to be destroyed. That’s important to me, because It gives me a sense of security I can leave my diary out and not be worried someone might see it. Even though it’s reusable I continue to just buy more so that I could keep the locks on each of them. I just brought my 4th one, it’s pricey but there’s no other diaries that I’ve came across like this one. I really like it. The lock can be tricky but I learned it doesn’t always line up on the groove and you have to set the numbers off to the side rather than the middle and you should have no issues!

Love this! Bought two. No way of sneaking a peak. You would have to cut it open!

This is a very pretty diary. The outside is soft and buttery however, I had a little trouble with the lock as the directions to open it were not correct. Eventually I was able to get into it. The pages are pretty and lay nicely, but there was a thread coming loose and I was afraid that it might continue to rip and come undone, so I sent it back without any problems

Bought for a teen girl to keep nosey people from reading her diary. I loved the way you can't open the journal enough to read anything written. Good, structured journal.
