Exactly how it was described. I love how it is conformed to your fingers and it makes sense. Not really heavyweights at all, but if you’re running with it, and the repetition of you flexing will definitely make a difference. This is quality made so it will last you.

They seem quite durable and ergonomic. My only problem with them is that the finger loops are too small. My fingers aren't particularly thick, but I would have to force it to get past the second knuckle. I had to double check to make sure I didn't get their "youth" sized weights. I don't recommend them if you normally wear large size men's gloves.

For some reason I thought each of these weights was 2 lbs, but each is 1 lb. They are comfortable and easy to clean. I have been using them for 2 months worth of runs now and they have held up well.

These lightweights are perfect to use on a daily walk or just casual. They fit perfectly in the palms of my hands.
