Vita Liberata Sunless Tanning and Applicator Duo, Elixir and Mitt

Just to give you a clue, I am so fair that it's criminal. Sun just makes me crinkly and freckled. Hence, Vita Liberta! I actually thought this came on scrolls of brown papers, judging by the photo. To my surprise, it's a fabulous product (contained within a lovely bottle), that actually somehow tints your skin a wee bit darker without leaving yellow streaks, a creepy looking stain, or a revolting smell. It softens the skin, and I'll buy into the notion that, at minimum, one looks younger after use.I wish it weren't quite so expensive, but I use more than is suggested. I think you'll be thrilled. I am! (Please offer more of this, I'll take double please, per purchase.)

I'm wondering why this product is called 10 minute tan. One would believe you would have a tan in 10 minutes and actually after reading directions, lotion is to be applied generously to exfoliated skin, wait 10 minutes, 15-20 minutes for a darker tan. Then you must rinse it off in the shower, pat dry, and in 4-6 hours you will have a tan. I bought the product since chemicals applied to skin are not harmful . Product name is very disceptive, I was very disappointed and the product is over priced. I followed the directions and had very little color. I would not purchase this product again.

Come winter I become one with the snow. So, I decided to try this product after watching some reviews on YouTube. I’m 4 days into using this product. The first 2 nights I saw no difference— I applied it raw at the time. I gave the 3rd night a rest and continued last night. This time I mixed it with my night moisturizer. I woke up with a very nice glow. Even now after work after washing my foundation off, the color of my skin remains a delicate tan. So far so good! Also, my white pillow cases did not stain.

When I opened the package it was obvious the top was loose and most of the product saturated the box. Was so disappointed. What little product left I liked but am afraid to order more and waste my money on a partial filled bottle.

It is easy to use color is good.

This has become my favorite self tanner I have ever purchased! The color you get in such a short/quick time is incredible and so natural! No one can tell that my color came from a self tanner- I am constantly complimented on my tan! This does not smell bad like other tanners do and it is a brilliant lotion in the sense that you can rinse it off after 10 minutes and it will continue to tan your skin! Love this product!!

This will only work if you are very pale and have avoided the sun...which I have been doing. The effect is a nice glow- not a dark tan. I used to sun, but now avoid sun and use SPF everyday. My skin has become pale and some redness is creeping through. I have some sun damage from my youth and hoped this would blend in...-Update: I've noticed that the glow is nice- however, any decent toner will clean it off your face. I have put this on my face to get a nice glow and one pass with a decent toner removed it with a bunch of pretty golden stain on a pad. Too bad. I really wanted to love this. If you have high quality products, this will not last. Also it has a sesame seed oil or something smelly that lingers with some residue on your face. It's kind of gross.

I had read some article about the different products that Alicia Keys uses to make her skin so flawless, and this was one of the products she uses. Actually of all the skin care products and gadgets, this was by far, the best for my skin. I'm blonde, blue eyes, ghostly white 9 months out of the year, so I'm usually very skeptical of self tanners. But I mix a few drops of this in with my daily moisturizer and not only is my skin the perfect amount of sun-kissed, but my skin tone is even and poreless. Highly recommended.

Leider nach 4 Stunden keine Veränderung, habe es auf die Haut aufgetragen, 10 min. gewartet und es dann mit Wasser abgespült. Creme riecht auch abgestanden. Schade!

Es espectacular, no deja restos, el bronceado es muy natural y dura entre 6 u 8 dias. Además al ponerlo antes de la ducha se limpia muy bien. No mancha. El mejor que he encontrado.

I like this tan - I leave it on for about 2 hours and it makes a difference the next day when it develops - I tan a lot and this gives a more yellowy colour for me than the dark tan of others, but it's a nice natural colour and the fact it doesn't take long to complete the process I would encourage it as an add on during the week to your regular tanning - good for all skin tones - I'm medium tone and it shows on me
