It took a couple of days for it to start working, but once it does, it's work well. The drink mix is very gritty but doesn't taste like much so it's tolerable. I found using cold Vitamin Water or Powerade instead of water made it no problem to drink. It was easier on my stomach than most cleanses. I did not experience cramping, excess gas, or the sudden need to run to the bathroom like your life depends on it. I think they leave out some of those harsh ingredients which would make sense since It is meant to work gradually and use for a longer period of time . Oh and it is not messy. I know it's TMI, but it's all good information and you will know what I mean when you try it. I give it 4.5 stars. There's two other cleanses that I feel worked better overall but the trade off was experiencing all the things I didn't with this but still got great results. Lastly, I highly suggest you follow the instructions provided. Great product. I will use it again. I hope this helps!

The stomach cramps are terrible and get worse as the days go by. Did it for 2 weeks straight. Made my appetite suppress. I was forced to only eat healthy light foods and drink lots of water. The stomach pain was so bad when I was full of unhealthy foods. As i kept doing it, i would eat more fruits and vegetables and smaller meals because I knew if I ate I would have to go again and didnt want to add on top of the old junk in my stomach that I was detoxing from anyway. Lol. I give 5 stars because it does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. It makes you go to the bathroom everyday at the same time (based on when you normally take it. Took mine before bed) and you start to feel lighter and better as you keep doing it. Should have kept doing it but after 2 weeks I was able to buy fashionova clothes for the first time and my waist was smaller. The clothes that couldnt fit because of my stomach before, could then fit over it! I am very pleased with the product and will be doing another one soon. 😁

I love these colon cleanse pill, I use them whenever I feel that I have been eating too much and at this time during the holidays. They really work well. I take them at night and usually in morning I do have bowel movement. I already have gut issues and these do help. I will always re buy these when needed, thank you,

LIKES: no taste or smell, was easy to swallow following the directions of “take with 8 oz of water”. DISLIKES: by the 2nd day I had SEVERE stomach cramps by taking 2 tabs/night. Like I had to do in the past with another brand, I’ll switch back to 1 per night for a few days and let my body get used to it. You might want to try the same if you have a delicate system; it’s worth the extra couple days to finish the cycle.

Was looking for a flush and detox heading into the warmer days ahead, and needed to recalibrate my diet a bit. Read the reviews and purchased a bottle of these. Took 2 pills @ 8p the first evening, and was up at 4a...so 8 hours on the dot. The next 30-45 minutes of life was spent expelling every bad food decision and toxin from my bowels until there was nothing solid left. NOTHING. There was cramping and discomfort, but I knew that was a good thing. I typically drink about 1 gallon of water daily, so I knew once I got through the initial purge, I'd be able to reset my intake correctly thereafter. The hours ahead weren't horrible, especially once I got my water in, and the sluggish vibes I'd had prior were all but gone in short order. There was also a substantial reduction in feelings of bloat and gut-rumbling, which are wins in my book. Didn't get these for weight loss per se, so I couldn't put a number to the pounds lost. But I guarantee with the amount of purge, it had to have been double digits. Your experience during the detox will absolutely depend on your diet throughout the journey. I found it beneficial to stick to a more liquid-based intake, leaning more towards protein shakes as the primary meal supplement. I'm not sure if these are a hunger suppressant by default, but I certainly wasn't eager to get back to eating unhealthily if for no other reason than pure fear of the consequences ahead. I'd highly recommend these to anyone looking to hit the reset button on their dietary plan and willing to suffer a bit for the pleasant change that awaits.

When you first start taking it, it will give you severe cramps and diarrhea every time you eat anything and you will constantly use the bathroom. But believe it or not, this is actually the "good" side effect. If you continue to use it, it will give you an opposite and more painful side effect. It will trap a pocket of gas in your upper abdomen and no matter how much you try, you will not be able to push it out. And the pain from the trapped gas is excruciating. So much so that I had to actually go to the emergency room because the pain was so unbearable. I recommend that everyone stay away from this product.

I am a grown man over 50 years old. This product were taken make you cramp or give you stomach cramps real bad every time you eat or drink something after taking this product it makes your stomach cramp. I would not purchase this item or recommend it for anyone.
