Ok.
I'm torn -- this introduces addition facts via story, which makes it easier for kids to memorize. My son loves it, though I'm not sure it helps him remember things. The main issue I see -- for the type of learner he is -- is that most of the stories have no purpose...which doesn't make them any easier for him to remember. I fully understand that this may work for other kids, but this didn't quite work for the type of learner he is (except for the couple stories that do seem to have logical purpose => he remembered those and loved those).

My son loves it!
I homeschool my six year old. He knows how to count using his fingers for addition and subtraction. However it takes a very long time. I came across this and decided to give it a try. He already knows his ones twos so I skipped those and started with 3+4. He really likes it! He gets so mad if I ask him what 3+7 equals. He wants me to ask him what 3 bee plus 7 street equals. My only complaint is that to get the companion subtraction and division book, you have to buy the teachers kit for over $80. But I’m seriously thinking about it if it keeps helping him the way it has in a week.

This is the best
I bought three different math systems to ensure my 7yo knew her addition and subtraction facts. This system was the easiest and most fun, and it worked the best at getting my kid to memorize the math facts. I suggest getting the corresponding workbook because it really helps.

Great alternative to flash cards
Multiplication the fun way is a much better book. My daughter found these stories less creative and fun by comparison. However a wonderful alternative to flash cards. If you have a child struggling with memorizing math facts these are worth it!

I absolutely love this book
I absolutely love this book! It's exactly what I was looking for since my son was struggling to learn addition facts. He is picture smart and these pictures make the numbers come to life, thus making it so much easier to memorize!
