I thought this as a good shoe initially when the trek started, it’s quite light weight, compact and water proof. We went for a trekking to Sikkim Himalaya. It wasn’t not a rough terrain but we had to walk on the boulders sometimes. Although there were no snow but we had to walk on muddy and slushy trail for several days. Towards the end of the trek sloe started breaking out. I was worried. But fortunately somehow managed to escape as the trek got over as per plan and the shoe with damaged sole supported till the end. But my sincere suggestion please don’t buy this shoe for Himalayan treks, it’s not meant for Himalayan terrain.
