This awesome hitch cover has been CNC plasma cut from American made 14 gauge steel. It has been finished with a durable powder coat finish. The top layer has a lightly textured black powder with a candy red thin line visible. The back layer is finished with a glow in the dark white powder coat. it will glow green after being exposed to a bright light source for at least an hour.
