Perfecta para una familia pequeña
He tardado en utilizarla porque tenia chucrut en tarros de cristal, actualmente esta en fase de fermentación, es muy comoda por su tamaño, facil de limpiar y el mazo ayuda un monton a colocar la col, las pesas estan bien para mantener la verdura bajo la solucion salina, yo he esperimentado con piedras blancas y la acides se las come y las desmenuza, espero que esto no ocurra con las pesas que trae. Ya os contare.
