I have had no problems with this item, works like it’s suppose to. I’ve seen in the comments where people are saying the refills don’t fit. Well they do it’s user error. There’s this metal lip, that is where you insert the refill. I’ve used glade, Airwick, and store brand refills and they all fit and work perfectly fine. You just slide the metal lip of the refill into the metal slots on the product, that’s what holds here refill in place.

I order this item and receive it today and I had it checked out and its broken and I couldn’t wait to get it very disappointed was really looking forward for this item to come

This product stopped working after a few weeks. After replacing the cannister a couple of times it wouldn't spray any more and the battery was still good. I ended up buying a cheaper dispenser from Walmart which was more reliable.
