This food was honestly a lifesaver while we were trying to figure out why my Chihuahua was having so many health issues. We needed something simple that worked for her while we sorted through possible food allergies, and this gave us a reliable option during that process. The kibble pieces are a great size for a very small dog, which I really appreciated. My Chihuahua had no trouble eating them, and more importantly, she genuinely liked the taste. I never had to convince her to eat it. Now that we have a better understanding of what was causing her allergies, this is no longer her main food. Even so, I still keep a bag on hand and use it as a supplement to her current diet because she does so well with it. It is definitely more expensive than some standard dog foods, but in our case it was worth it. Compared with repeated vet visits while trying to figure out what she could tolerate, the price felt much more reasonable. This is one food I’m very grateful we found.
