This is the best crystal Matt for the money. 5 minutes and everything moves again!

For the time that it worked, it was a good heating pad. It was hot enough at 50 for me--higher than that, and you may get burned. As far as heat goes, it is probably the best pad I've found. Unfortunately, as of today--about a year and a half after I bought it--it is dead. It powers on, but won't heat up. After a while, it blinks repeatedly. I've tried unplugging it, leaving it unplugged a while, then trying again, but to no avail. It's dead. This happens to all heating pads, eventually. The thing is, other heating pads aren't over a hundred bucks. This thing is too high-priced to be dead already. It would be in your best interest to look elsewhere. You pay less for Sunbeam heating pads, and they last about the same amount of time before dying on you.

This mat is very comforting

I’ve been using this mat since February and have since talked my friends into splurging on one too! We are all obsessed! I’ve gotten rid of my other heating pads for pain since they just don’t seem to sooth as well as this one does, plus I’m totally woo woo and really believe there is something to grounding yourself on a bed of crystals! I cant even really explain it, it’s just different and you have to try it for yourself to really understand how healing this mat is— inside and out. It has been one of the best reliefs for my sciatica and I also use it when I meditate! I am an esthetician and there is a lot of leaning over in my work, so even when my sciatica is flaring up I totally rely on this mat. I will say, I was a little apprehensive about some of the reviews saying their mat kicked the bucket after a few months but I have had no issues whatsoever, and at this point if my mat were to break I would save up and buy another one for sure. I’d love to upgrade for a larger size one day. Anyway, LOOOOOOOOOVE MY AMETHYST MAT!!!!!!!!

Well I have been loving this mat...and as a senior without any heat & that it is a year old tomorrow and I did not buy the extra insurance and they were absolutely amazing and are sending me a new replacement ! It has been my only heat source in the high sierras and I AM SO BLESSED. THANK YOU!

Until it stopped working one year and three months after I received it. I used it every night and thought maybe it was my imagination as to how much better my back and sciatica or feeling. But after two weeks of having it not heat up, I do believe this little Matt does amazing things.I think it’s just the controller, and I would love to get a hold of the company and try to just get a new one of those, but I’m not getting any response. If writing this review will help them get in contact with me, I would be ever so Grateful. This was a lot of money for me to spend on it, but it was so worth it until it quit! So I would give it a five star when it’s working, the two star is pretty generous for when it’s not working!
