Well made
No barbecue sauce. High quality, well made. Factory seasoning does like acidic foods. Reseasoned and no complaints. It was my fault, but I suggest seasoning it like all other carbon steel cookware

Good pan, inconvenient handles
Pan itself is great, but handles stick out to the side rather than up so it doesn't fit in narrow ovens. Guess what hats the tradeoff for an good no coating roaster

Solid pan
The reviews on this page seem to be for a wok. I am reveiwing OXO Obsidian Pre-Seasoned Carbon Steel, 15" x 10.5" Roasting Pan. It is carbon steel, so it can rust. I have had it since December. It has been great overall, great heat distribution. I have a lot of OXO products, so I may be bias. However this is as good as the others, great value for the money.

Economical Quality
This pan is easily comparable to some more expensive options for those that want true carbon steel pans without the chemical coatings. The only downside with this is the mineral oil coating. I highly recommend cleaning off the mineral oil coating and replacing it with a traditional lard/oil seasoning.

Waste of money
It looks good, but don't let looks deceive you. Mine is already rusting after two uses. Expensive waste of money.
