Picture and description do not match.** A: It has a pop up drain, no pull lever. **Q: Does this item have the drain control or is it the single control faucet?** A: This is a single control faucet with a pop up drain. There is no rod to control drain flow but the pop up drain works very well and you can screw off the pop up plug so you can easily clean out debris caught in the drain pipe. Hope this helps. **Q: Water supply hose connector type and diameter? Counter top hole size?** A: Most wash basins are made of fiberglass or a composite of it. I had to marginally enlarge the center hole (mine is the 3-hole type) by filing it down with a one-sided curved file, since you have to insert the whole assembly through that hole. The connectors are of standard sizes and fit perfectly to the existing valves. The only other thing to note is that, in conjunction with this type of faucet, the drain now utilizes the "pop-up" type. For this, I had purchased an extension for the "pop-up" pipe from the hardware store. It all depends on your existing drain configuration. When all is said and done, this faucet is both functional and pleasing to the eye. Still very impressed with it after more than a year! One is on a counter at the edge of a pottery sink which was a three-hole application for which there is a baseplate. The other one is on a one-hole pedestal sink, looking sleek and modern without the baseplate. The one on the counter looks elegantly classic. There is also a drain, which is a modern push-button style, a fine fit for the new pedestal sink with the modern large drain. The plumber did not unscrew it to adjust it, so I thought it did not work or was broken until friend made the adjustment.
