Wrist Buddy is amazing extremely helpful if suffering from weak wrists and fingers.

I recently purchased the Buddy® Yoga Blocks 2 Pack, and they have truly transformed my yoga practice! Entlastet die Handgelenke bei Übungen auf der Matte. An den veränderten Winkel gewöhnt man sich. Eine große Hilfe insbesondere beim Yoga. Eine gute Investition... Leider etwas teuer.. Ich möchte aber nicht mehr drauf verzichten.

Sono enormi, danno fastidio perché te li ritrovi sempre in mezzo a dove sei tu. E sinceramente bella l’idea ma troppo cari!!!!! È un foam sagomato! E non aiutano neanche i polsi! Avevo deciso di fare l’investimento per il mio dolore al polso ma non servono a nulla. Meglio i miei vecchi push up bar. Ah, dimenticavo! Non riesci a fare chaturanga! Perché non riesci a scendere in mezzo!!

These work great for decreasing strain on my wrists (carpal tunnel) during yoga practice. I do find that the pressure gets transferred to the base of the thumb/palm, which is not necessarily a bad thing. My hands are not small (size 8 glove) and it feels like it's a decent fit, but If you have a very small hand, these could be harder to grip.
