Feet and hands are significantly bigger than Barbie's, so don't expect to share shoes with them, but feet might be compatible with shoes from bigger feet doll lines like rainbow high. Doll has basic 5 points articulation. Dress is made well and has some give to it, though I wish it didn't have the logo. For myself, I got this doll primarily to use as a head for my barbie Brooklyn MTM yoga doll body as they are a great color match (as seen in photos).
