Are these figs dried or fresh?

The Nutri Figs are dried but they are moist and succulent, unlike many other brands of dried figs I've tried over the years. I've been eating them for years and have never been sold a package I wasn't pleased with

Have these had the stem completely trimmed off, so there isn't an unpleasant hard bit?

About 20 - 30% still have a bit of stem attached. That's not a problem for me. I look them over and if I see a bit of stem I twist it off before plopping the fruit into my mouth. I love these figs. They are always soft and delicious to my taste.

WHAT is the expiration date?

Upon examining the package of Nutra-Figs that I recently purchased and its 2 labels, I find no expiration date. All I can say is that I have been given a dried out set of dates from this grower. I have often pass up figs from other shippers because I found them dried out and hard. Nutra-Figs have always been soft, soft and succulent. There is a web address on the package where the answer to this question might be more specifically addressed; it is "nutrafig.com.
