LIBRATON Copper Tube Cutter 1/4" to 2-3/4", Tubing Cutter

Wasn’t sure about this when I ordered. Not a brand I had heard of. But this is a solid tool. I have cut more than 60 pieces of galvanized fence post and the blade still looks new. It cuts true and stays on the cut line well. The cut piece is straight. Normal amount of burring at the cut line - but the included de-bur tool makes that a quick fix. The multiple wheels keep the post straight during the cutting Excellent value. Heartily recommend!

This set has good reviews, but for some reason, Amazon flagged it as being an item that has a high number of returns. I suppose that that may be because someone buys this item to complete a job that they may not need to complete again, so they then return it. I cannot imagine any other reason to return it—it works incredibly well and is very well-made. If I were a plumber, I would probably invest in a $150 Rigid or other heavy duty large pipe cutter. As a home DIYer, that would be absurd; but a $39 tool that works perfectly for occasional use makes more sense. I used this kit to install new 2 inch and 1.5 inch PVC piping for new sump and sewer ejector pumps. It worked well--way better than ratchet-type PVC pipe cutters. It tracks perfectly, cuts cleanly. and holds the pipe firmly. The reamer also worked perfectly for this task.

Awesome super heavy duty tool. I love it. It’s works way better than expected to cut old 2” brittle PVC drain pipe. Doesn’t break the pipe either. Cuts through easily and saved a ton of time. Highly recommend this very quality tool.

This is a must have for making sure that you make straight cuts. For the price, you need to have this in your tool box. No more crooked cuts.

I was looking for a tube cutter to cut 2 3/8” x 8’ galvanized pipe in half for my chain link fence going around my elevated garden. This tube cutter is the only cutter I could find anywhere that had a reasonable price. I recommend this tool to anyone looking for a smooth & speedy cut. It gets the job done!

I love the look and size of the item. It’s heavy duty but light weight and the grip handle makes it a breeze in your hands compared to the old school cutters. As of this review it has produced nothing but clean accurate cuts- would highly recommend.

Very solid with a wide range of sizes. The description says it can be used on PVC, but the blade just is not sharp enough for that. Works great on other types of pipe.

Better and quicker than an angle grinder, perfectly straight cuts worth every penny, cutting 42mm stainless steel handrail not a problem much cleaner.
