8-9 hours of sleep
Ive been using magnesium supp for a year now and usually its a mag citrate or zma, this is the first time i have tried a glycinate and to my surprise, i had a 7-8hrs of sleep last night. I average 4-6hrs only but last night’s sleep was different and the only thing I changed was my mag glycinate

It has magnesium oxide and I thought it was pure magnesium glycenatate and the value of how much of each isn’t written.
