Product Description Usage Tips Put the milk frother into a container with drinks up to approx. 1/3 to start frothing. Press and hold down the ON/OFF switch, the whisk will start to run and make foam. As soon as the milk froth starts forming, lift the appliance slightly so that it always in the froth layer. When the milk is frothy enough, let go of the switch to stop the whisk running. Please remember to take your finger off the ON/OFF switch before lifting the whisk out of the milk to avoid spraying the liquid everywhere. If you would like to make hot milk froth, the temperature of the milk should not be over 60℃/140℉, otherwise, the milk will not froth up perfectly. Warm Note When placing batteries, make sure that the strap is looped under the bottommost battery. Otherwise, the next time you change the battery, you will find it hard to take out the battery.

I was surprised at how powerful it is in operation. I looked at others that had multiple different whisks but I only need one so I got this make. Very happy with my purchase. The only potential downside would be that the whisk doesn't remove for cleaning so you just clean it attack to the handle. No big problem. Seems to be ok on batteries. Would recommend it to anyone.

**Q: Hi with this whisk work for fresh cream, thank you**
A: If you want to do a small amount of cream in a cup, then yes. If you want to do a bowl of cream, I’d suggest getting a proper full size whisk. This whisk is brilliant for mixing in a cup or frothing milk in a cup. It is very small, but still rather powerful for it size.

**Q: How is it electric if it takes batteries**
A: If it takes batteries then it’s electric. Batteries are electrical power.
