It works well on addresses on envelopes, invoices & letters; the offers we get from credit card companies that include QR codes, "offer numbers" and even checks we can write (that refer back to us personally). The shredder is manual, not electric. You can only do one sheet at a time but it's quick and easy and has a very small footprint so it can sit on your desk. No obnoxious noise while shredding. No more hand cutting into small bits. No more blacking out with a smelly marker. Easy to remove the top and dump in the trash. You can also shred colored paper and use it to "stuff" a gift bag. It's great!

I've been using this for awhile now, and it's held up very well! I use it for kids in the therapy room, and they seem to love it. The only complaint is regarding the design. The shredder handle easily comes off of the lid, but is easy to re-attach at least. Overall great product, especially for the cost. It's quiet and compact, perfect for small spaces.
