Honestly thought these were tea leaves and as I had already poured the hot water into my mug, I simply mixed it in. Seems to be fine diluting it to fill a typical mug, about 12 oz or thereabouts.

How much Caffeine is in this tea?

The real question is how many times do you want to go to the bathroom after drinking this and are you close to a toilet.
