We have about 10 strays that are a family and stay around our house.The material is easy to rinse off and has held up against some big rain so far. Wanting to get the door flap attachment but so far has been great for multiple cats to be in at once. I will repurchase a second closer to winter when more of them are sticking around.The size can fit 2 adult cats comfortably, three to four if they cuddle up. A momma and her 5 babies slept inside for several nights. I would recommend for sure.Assembly was a little difficult as I was putting it together by myself with no assistance. But once I had figured out the base I got it done within an hour.
