Excellent lens for the money!
Great manual lens for the price. It's a pretty hefty housing and might cause minor discomfort if your camera is lighter than the lens itself, otherwise it's perfect for artsy photos and for learning photography on a budget. Make sure to set your camera to "release shutter" mode otherwise it won't work for you as it has no electrical connections to the camera body. Would recommend!

Opened package
So the package came and it was already opened and I’m pretty upset about it. This lens is to help me take better photos for my business.

Worth every penny
I bought this lens with some degree of skepticism, but, voila I enjoyed using it on Aperture Priority mode and have lot of fun. Buy it!

Really sharp, feels quality
Would not hesitate to purchase this lens if you need something in this focal range, but don't want to spend a lot. It's every bit as good, sharp, clear as any lens I've shot. Transfered well to Lightroom and no problem with the edits. The 55 seems just a bit long, but if you're looking for something for outdoors and distance it's perfect. I produce youtube videos, and featured this lens on an afternoon drive to an old abandoned house, with excellent results. I also like using highlight peaking on my Canon RP with this lens. It's a fun one and well worth the cheap cost, not a cheap quality.
