Combo pack came defective, but the company bent over backwards to make things right!
UPDATE: After leaving the bad review (see original review below), the company reached out to me VERY PROMPTLY and apologized for the inconvenience and wanted to make things right - even offering to send me another keyboard/mouse combo AT NO CHARGE to prove they stand behind their product, even after receiving a full refund. I accepted and tested their product before writing this update. The new keyboard/mouse combo came quickly and worked flawlessly. I tested every key on the keyboard multiple times over a couple of days to make sure the replacement didn't have the same issue as the set I returned. I could not be happier. In today's world, where it seems like customer service and product quality are both in short supply, I was thoroughly impressed. I've never had a company personally reach out to me like they did to apologize and made extra efforts to make things right. So I will happily change my rating and reverse my original negative view. This company has now earned my respect and I would recommend their product. They MOST DEFINITELY stand behind their product and their word when they say they want to make things right. Thank you, and BRAVO!!!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Both keyboards/mouse combos came undamaged shipped from Amazon. Both items shipped together in a wrapped plastic bag, so there was no way any pieces could have been lost in transit or within the Amazon box (not damaged in any way, by the way). The two mice (mouses?) worked without any issue and had a good feel in the hand. I liked them. However, both - yes - BOTH - keyboards has multiple keys that would not work. All the keys were mechanically functioning as expected, but I could press several individual keys and nothing would type, so I had to use the built-in Windows monitor keyboard when I needed an "X" or an "@" for example. Additionally, one keyboard was missing a rubber foot pad and one of the two height adjuster legs in the back was missing - not broken off or sitting on the bottom of the box, but simply not there. It blew my mind both - yes - BOTH - keyboards were defective in multiple ways. I chose a refund over taking my chances on getting another of the same name and model. Amazon was VERY PROMPT in taking my return back and very fast refund of money.By the way, I know my computer or USB ports or drivers were not at fault because I have a Logitech keyboard/mouse combo similar to this and it worked without issue.

No more lost keystrokes, very quiet and comfortable keyboard and mouse, great value
Update May 30 2025: after using this Quasio wireless/keyboard/mouse daily this month on three different computers, I can say this is the best wireless mouse/kbd choice I have seen among the best sellers on Amazon. It is really quiet, which makes it pleasant to use. No lost keystrokes or lag, like I have seen with Logitech keyboards. Works seamlessly when switching computers. I use it with 2 laptops and a desktop - when you move the wireless USB dongle, you just need to click the mouse button and hit a key, then the receiver automatically connects the wireless mouse/kbd. Only minor annoyance is the 2 AA batteries are not included with the mouse/kbd - but easy to solve, and so far the battery life is no issue. I also noticed that the warranty is two years, double the Logitech warranty. With the 5% coupon at $29.99, I think this is a good deal for a reliable, quiet wireless mouse/kbd with great ergonomics. Some other reviewers were not happy with the keyboard layout, but it works great for me. I thought I might not like the wireless mouse feel since I really liked the Logitech wireless mouse, but the Quasio mouse feels fine as well. Overall, highly recommended. This Quasio wireless keyboard and mouse combo is great. Normally I would get a Logitech or other well-known brand since keyboards are so important to work flawlessly and last a long time with daily heavy use. But after having major issues with Logitech K270, MK270, and MK345 keyboards (broken support legs, and terrible wireless keystroke drops/lag ), I ordered the Quasio keyboard (I think they only have one model). Quasio was #8 on the wireless kbd/mouse combo best seller list, after 6 Logitech models and 1 Amazon basics model. I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it (free shipping and returns). It was about $10 more than the lowest priced Logitech models. But.... it works so much better for my situation. Advantages: 1) the keys are much quieter than Logitech. 2) I have zero lag or missed keystrokes - this was a huge problem with my Logitech keyboards, and Quasio accuracy is much better - perhaps their firmware has been improved after past customer reviews. 3) the ergonomics are great - I was worried I wouldn't like the layout and mouse feel - but both are really good - I have seen reviews complaining that the keyboard layout was too small but for me it was perfect. Possible risks: longevity. I saw reviews complaining the white lettering on the keys rubs off quickly, and the keyboard becomes faulty over time. I will watch out for these things but in the first week the Quasio keyboard and mouse are high quality, with perfect wireless connectivity, and really comfortable and nice to use. I like the size, wrist rest, and overall keyboard design. I think overall the Quasio keyboard is well worth the slightly higher price. I haven't tried their customer service - Logitech service was OK, but took multiple days to try and troubleshoot problems, so I lost patience and decided to try a new brand. I am very glad I did :)

Excellent keyboard and mouse combo.
Great keyboard and mouse combo! The keyboard is comfortable to type on. The palm rest provides nice support during long work sessions. The mouse is responsive and easy to use. Setup was quick and simple. The wireless connection has been reliable with no lag. Excellent value for the price.

Not so bad
The keys are pretty darn quiet, but still very responsive. I love how the typing feels, and itโs the most important to me. The wrist rest does feel somewhat comfortable. The mouse is too narrow for what Iโm used to so I donโt use it, but I like that it has a forward and back button. I think all mice should have that option but sadly they donโt.Iโm exchanging my keyboard because 1 button is very loud and noise, even when I used silicone O rings. Itโs the delete button which is used often. Iโm hoping the replacement will have zero noisy keys because itโs nice to be able to quietly type while Iโm on the phone and in meetings. I kind of hate that not all keyboards are made the same, even by the same brand and mfr. Itโs like different parts are used based on whatโs available, or what may be cheaper for production. I have noticed this with even the big name brands. Fingers crossed the replacement keyboard is a keeper, and that it lasts a long time.Overall, for a reasonably priced quiet soft type keyboard, I do recommend trying this one.

Smooth and Comfortable Wireless Combo
This wireless keyboard and mouse combo is easy to set up and works great right out of the box. The keyboard feels comfortable for long typing sessions thanks to the palm rest, and the mouse is responsive and accurate. A reliable and affordable option for both work and everyday use.

I wouldn't bother
Ordered two of them. 1st one the keyboard didn't work. Sent it back and got another. The battery cover would not stay on and the keyboard didn't work on this one either.

Great keyboard at great price
This keyboard was up and working 30 seconds after I installed the batteries! I LOVE that this uses AA batteries and not those rechargeable coin style batteries that are typically difficult to access and eventually wear out and are not replaceable **. I looked at a Logitech very similar to this but it was Windows and Linux only. I use Macs. I am very happy with how this feels. So far I am seeing that I have less typos than I had with other keyboards. I wasn't sure I would use the mouse because I had been using a trackball and I could simply use both or one or the other. There is not a conflict with the wireless hardware. But this mouse is really nice as well. It feels as good as I would ever need a mouse to feel so I am going to use it. I like that it is very precise and takes little movement to cover a large HD display.** I have two Mac systems on my desk. I had been using a model of Logitech keyboard on each. I am up to five of those Logitechs between the two systems having had to acquire three replacements. Not all was a loss after spill damage or the key identification wore off. You cannot purchase the rechargeable batteries but if you can access the battery (tedious and challenging) you can swap them if you have a duplicate of the keyboard with a good battery. With this QUASIO keyboard I am extra happy with its use of a single easily accessed AA battery.Worth noting because it demonstrates the manufacturer's attention to design detail: The USB bluetooth thingy is cleverly stored in the battery compartment. I have enough experience with wireless keyboards and mice that I succeeded in getting it operating without reading the guide. So at first I thought the USB thingy was missing but I was going to see if I could get this working with the other USB thingies I had around. When I opened the battery compartment to insert a battery I discovered the USB thingy in a spot custom designed to store it in. :-))

Great results
Great keyboard. I like the spring action of the keys. It is ncie to not be connected by a wire. It would be nice if it had a light that comes on for the Caps lock or numbers lock though.
