Your Limited Liability Company Seventh Edition

I was looking at and ready to purchase "how to form your LLC" by Anthony Mancuso and noticed that amazon said there was a newer version available. Naturally, I bought the newer version. It wasn't until I downloaded the book that I realized the "newer version" was about how to RUN an LLC, not how to START one. Although the book looks comprehensive, and is probably a good guide for running an LLC, it is not the same as the other book that amazon thinks this supersedes. Sorry to have to put this in reviews, but I don't want anyone else to get tripped up by this.

I could not find any other books that help you with the paperwork involved with running an LLC, or a limited partnership for that matter. Given the cost of creating these entities, and the cost of tax compliance, and IRS rules, and the need to maintain your asset protection, and to prevent piercing the corporate veil, this book is well worth the price. One needs to be aware of the necessity of creating certain paperwork each year which shows that you are treating the LLC as a separate and independent entity. This book shows you how to do this necessary paperwork.

We purchased this book to help us understand what we were expected to know and it has been a great help. It provides good information and guidelines for you as you are walking through the LLC process. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to clarity to your questions immediately. It is really a wealth of information.
